How do I suppress a holdings record from displaying in OneSearch?

1. Open the bibliographic record in the MDE and press the keys Ctrl+I on your keyboard to View Inventory.

2. Click EDIT in the "Holdings" display.

3. Making sure that the Holdings side of the screen is highlighted, Selected Record Actions and Suppress from Discovery.

 

When you suppress a holdings record in Alma, all attached item records are also suppressed from discovery.

To unsuppress a holdings record, follow the same steps.
