What is the difference between "Location Reserves" and "Course Reserves"?

Items with location Reserve show up in OneSearch as "on reserve." Items that are actually attached to a Course in the Course Reserve "module" (in Course Readings, the old Aleph Course Reserves) show up in the faceted search "Course Reserve." Typically they will have this graphic attached: 

So if you have something located in Reserves but not attached to a Course in the Alma way, then it won’t show up in the faceted search.
