Why can't I see fulfillment menu options like Manage Patron Services and Return Items?

The following Fulfillment menu options will not appear if your location is not set to a service desk:

  • Manage Patron Services
  • Return Items
  • Pick From Shelf
  • Expired Hold Shelf
  • Active Hold Shelf
  • Offline Circulation
  • Opening Hours

 

Go to "Location" at the top right of the screen and set "I am physically at" to a library service desk:

 

If you've already selected a service desk as your location and you still can't see the menu options, you might not have the correct Alma permissions. Your supervisor can log in to the OLS Support Site and fill out the staff account form to request more.
