How do I add money to a fund in Alma?

You can allocate money to any fund in Alma with type "Allocated fund." You must have the Fund Manager role to do this.

 

1. Go to Acquisitions > Acquisitions Infrastructure > Funds and Ledgers.

 

2. Click on the fund name or click Edit.

 

3. Go to the Transactions tab.

 

4. Click Allocate Funds.

 

5. Enter an "Allocation amount." This is the only required field, but you can also add a reference number, note, and reporting codes.

 

6. Click Add allocation transaction.

 

7. Click Confirm.
