What is the the Knowledge Acceleration Program?

The Knowledge Acceleration Program is designed for libraries new to Alma, recently-hired staff, or long-time staff who have recently taken responsibility for areas that are new to them. They run in four cycles a year, and contain the following sessions:

  • Fulfillment Configuration Part I
  • Fulfillment Configuration Part II
  • Acquisitions: Ordering and Activating Resources
  • E-Resource Management
  • Central Discovery Index (CDI) and Discovery
  • Introduction to Analytics
