The browser version of Connexion is no longer be available as of April 30, 2024. The Connexion client will still be available. OCLC encourages users to switch to WorldShare Record Manager if they don't want to or can't install the Connexion client. Contact your cataloging administrator or open a ticket with OLS if you don't know how to get to your library's instance of WorldShare or if you don't have access to it.
Record Manager is integrated with other OCLC WorldShare products like Interlibrary Loan, Acquisitions, and Circulation. In the same way that the Metadata Editor is the cataloging module of Alma, Record Manager is the metadata section of WorldShare. OCLC has created this 10-minute video demonstrating the functionality of Record Manager.
You will have to configure Record Manager to export records to Alma. See instructions here.
