What is the difference between "Lost Item Fine" and "Lost Item Process Fee" in Alma?

There is no difference between "Lost Item Fine" and "Lost item process fee" in Alma. The term "Lost Item Fine" is used in the fulfillment Terms of Use (TOU), but the term "Lost item process fee" displays in the patron account.
