FAQ
How are CUNY schools using reporting codes?
Alma reporting codes are words or short phrases you can add to purchase order lines (POLs) and invoices to convey information that doesn't belong in official fields. You can search for POLs by reporting code in Alma; you can also run reports on POLs and invoices by reporting codes in Analytics.
The following examples come from actual CUNY schools.
Aleph
These reporting codes migrated from Aleph. They may not be needed, since Alma's resource type in the bibliographic record and order type in the purchase order line usually provide the same information.
