FAQ

What’s changed in the way Academic Works, ArchivesSpace, and Springshare records appear in OneSearch?

Academic Works, ArchivesSpace, and Springshare records now use a shared framework for bringing their data into OneSearch. The updates align how key fields are handled, add some metadata that was previously missing, and make resource types more consistent. Together, these changes make the records easier to maintain and help them display more predictably for users.
