Some electronic collections in OneSearch are restricted for search to authenticated users. If collections from these vendors are activated for you in Alma, your users will only see them in their results if they sign in, regardless of whether they are on- or off-campus.

You can find the full list of all CDI collections here: CDI Collection Lists for Alma Customers. Download the spreadsheet, then filter on the "Search Rights" column to return only results where the value is "Subscription." Alternatively, you can do an advanced search in your Alma Institution Zone (IZ) for electronic collections where "CDI Search rights" equals "Subscription."

Per the November 14, 2022, CDI collection list, there are 1,255 collections (7% of all CDI collections) that require authentication. This may seem like a lot, but the majority of them are book packages from specific years, non-US collections, and non-English collections. 1/3 of them are indexes from Clarivate, such as Web of Science.
