Where can I find current known issues for Alma and Primo VE?
Ex Libris now provides a Known Issues Portal, a centralized and searchable tool for tracking high-impact product and content issues. The portal currently includes issues for Alma, and support for Primo VE and other products will be added soon.

About the Known Issues Portal
The Known Issues Portal is a self-service resource that allows you to:
- Search for known issues by keyword or content provider
- Filter by product or status
- Track the status of fixes and expected updates
- Report that your institution is affected (login required)
- View workarounds and shareable links for each issue
The portal is publicly accessible for browsing and searching. If you are logged in with your Support Center credentials, you can also report that you’re affected by an issue and receive email updates as its status changes.
Issues are organized under two tabs:
- Product: Includes confirmed Alma product defects scheduled for resolution.
- Content: Covers issues involving third-party content providers (e.g., metadata gaps, linking errors), including long-term or unresolved cases.
You can also access the Known Issues Portal from the Support Center by clicking the "Known Issues" tab or tile.
