How do I save the results from a search in Alma?

In Alma, you can save the results of a search for any of the following:

  • All Titles
  • Authorities
  • Citations
  • Collections
  • Courses
  • Digital Files (not used at CUNY)
  • Digital Titles (not used at CUNY)
  • Electronic Collections
  • Electronic Portfolios
  • Electronic Titles
  • Physical Items
  • Physical Holdings
  • PO Lines
  • Reading lists
  • Users
  • Vendors

 

Sets derived from searches are called "logical sets."


Do a search in Alma, then click Save and Filter Query.


To find your set later, go to Admin > Manage Jobs and Sets > Manage Sets.
