How do I suppress a bibliographic record from my IZ when it is linked to the CZ?
It is not possible to suppress an Institution Zone (IZ) record linked to the Community Zone (CZ) in the Metadata Editor. There are two options to get around this:
Option 1
In the Metadata Editor, go to Record Actions > Copy to Catalog. This will unlink the record from the Community Zone so it can be suppressed.
Option 2
Save the IZ record as a set, then run the Suppress Bib records from discovery job on the set.
