How do I opt in to or out of new Alma features?

When a new interface is introduced in Alma, it is initially optional. This allows staff to try it out and get used to the new look and feel while still being able to revert to the old interface if there are problems.

Switch to New Interface

1. Click on the person icon in the top right corner of Alma, then click on Feature Rollout Configuration.

2. Click on the feature you want to try (there may be multiple options).

3. Click on the toggle button.

You will know it worked if the Alma screen refreshes itself.

Switch to Old Interface

1. Click on the person icon in the top right corner of Alma, then click on Feature Rollout Configuration.

2. Click on the feature you want to turn off (there may be multiple options).

3. Click on the toggle button.

You will know it worked if the Alma screen refreshes itself.
