For any problem with Alma or Primo VE, you can start a live chat with Ex Libris during business hours or open a case 24/7.
In addition, you can report problems with electronic portfolios or electronic collections directly from Alma. This saves time because most of the information is automatically supplied by Alma.
1. Check that the management level is "Ex Libris." It may be phrased in slightly different ways, but if you don't see this at all, you should be able to make changes yourself without reporting anything to Ex Libris.
2. Click Report to Ex Libris.
3. Select your name from the list of contacts. If you don't see your name, email OLS.
4. Change the other drop-down menus if necessary:
a. Importance: Normal, High, or Low
b. CRM Category: Collection level issue or Title level issue
c. CRM SubCategory: Add title(s), Update title(s), Remove title(s), Update date(s), or Update linking
5. Click Send to submit the problem report to Ex Libris.
