Why does it say "Record cannot be displayed" in OneSearch?
Occasionally, you may see a message in OneSearch that says, "Record cannot be displayed. This record may be restricted to signed-in or on-campus users only. Please sign in or access from campus network."
This message usually appears after a new record is added to Alma. The full record should display in place of this message within 30 minutes. If it persists for more than 24 hours, submit a case to Ex Libris.
