How do I remove a "lost" or "claimed returned" loan status?

  1. Go to Fulfillment > Manage Patron Services and look up the patron.

  2. Next to the Lost or Claimed Returned Item, click the button and select Found Item.

 

The Loan Status will return to "Normal," and the "Lost item replacement fee" will be removed. The "Lost item process fee" will remain, but it can be waived.
